Booking your first New Patient visit online requires a $50 deposit to hold and confirm your selected appointment time.*

If you have any issues with paperwork or need to reschedule please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Our doctor is in high demand and we’re happy we were able to secure you a new patient appointment. If you aren’t able to keep your appointment, please allow 24 hours advance notice so we may fill your appointment with another patient from our wait-list. We look forward to meeting you!
